ST. JOHN’S – Minister O’Regan today announced that the Government of Canada has awarded a $128 million contract to PAL Aerospace Ltd. to provide aerial surveillance for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. The 5 year contract will provide both offshore and inshore surveillance, and will assist fisheries officers in their vital work of protecting our resources.
